mindful art for mental health

Infuse art into your everyday

Artinfusion creates inclusive, facilitated spaces for individuals and teams to slow down, engage with art, reset and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Our preventative, experience-based work helps reduce cognitive overload and burnout risk, while strengthening focus, perspective and mental wellbeing.

As a social enterprise, we support individuals who need mental health support, as well as workplaces and community groups wanting to support their team’s wellbeing and embed creative practice into their culture.

Dakshina:
Yoga’s Practice of “Giving Back”

Some description text for this item

Dakshina is an ancient tradition of those who practice yoga, and it is a display of generosity – a private contribution to the financial support of the teacher and their teachings.

When we experience a pure inner impulse caused by a higher purpose to help others, to express our unconditional gratefulness, it is called Dakshina. We are being guided by our feelings, and, in this case, the amount we give is irrelevant as long as we gain our own true Self.
