Our Practice & Story
Creating space to pause, reflect and reconnect
Our preventative, experience-based work helps reduce cognitive overload and burnout risk, while strengthening focus, perspective and mental wellbeing.
As a social enterprise, we support individuals who need mental health support, as well as workplaces and community groups wanting to support their team’s wellbeing and embed creative practice into their culture.
What We Do
In a world that demands constant productivity, many of us live in our heads. We move through our days in a state of cognitive overload, with nervous systems that rarely get the chance to settle, restore, or reflect.
At Artinfusion, we blend looking at art, mindfulness and art therapy-based practices to support mental health before stress becomes burnout or disconnection.
We create regular, facilitated spaces, for individuals and for teams, where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and others, and experience art not as something to analyse or “get right,” but as a living, sensory practice.
Our Story
Artinfusion began with our own lived experience and a shared belief that art can be a powerful support for mental health. Founders Buse, Zelda and Sabine met at ELATT, where we saw how creative, facilitated spaces helped people slow down, regulate stress and feel more connected, especially during periods of change and pressure.
We also noticed a gap: accessible, structured support that sits between everyday stress and clinical services. Bringing together expertise in contemporary art, mindfulness and art therapy, we created Artinfusion.
Our multidisciplinary team brings lived experience, cultural diversity and professional training, guided by values of accessibility, inclusivity, creativity, empowerment, ethical practice, playfulness and eco-conscious practice.
