Regular Creative Wellbeing Workshops
There is something that happens when you slow down with a piece of art. The noise quietens. The pressure lifts. You notice something; in the work, in yourself, in the people around you.
Regular engagement with art and culture has been shown to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and strengthen the inner resources we need to meet life’s demands.
But most people only seek support when those resources are already depleted. Our Seasonal Programme is designed to keep those resources replenished, steadily, before the pressure peaks.
How does the Seasonal Programme work?
Artinfusion is a creative health social enterprise, founded by three specialists: an HCPC-registered art therapist, a mindfulness and compassion teacher, and an art historian. Together, we designed a programme that brings art into everyday wellbeing in a way that feels organic and soulful, rather than performative or clinical.
The Seasonal Programme is a structured programme of sessions within each seasonal cycle. The purpose is reflection, expression, connection, and a little breathing room.
This is not an art class. There are no skill requirements, no outcomes to demonstrate, and no pressure to perform.
Getting There Before the Crisis Does
Most wellbeing support is designed for people who are already struggling. Artinfusion is different, built for the space before crisis, where prevention is still possible.
The scale of the problem is hard to ignore. According to Mental Health UK, The Burnout Report 2026, 91% of UK adults experienced high or extreme levels of pressure or stress in the past year. One in five workers needed time off due to poor mental health, yet nearly three in ten say their employer raises awareness but lacks the resources to act on it meaningfully.
The gap between intention and action is where burnout lives.
For employers, meaningful wellbeing support has moved from a nice-to-have to a business necessity.
For individuals, the logic is the same. Prevention is not a luxury; it is the most practical, compassionate thing you can do for yourself and the people around you.
Who Is the Seasonal Programme For?
Artinfusion’s Seasonal Programme is for anyone who wants to take better care of their mental health, before things reach crisis point.
It works especially well for those navigating stress, life transitions, isolation, or a quiet kind of overwhelm that is hard to name.
Research into creative health consistently shows that regular, art-based engagement supports emotional regulation, reduces anxiety, and builds the inner resources we need to meet life’s demands.
No art experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just a willingness to show up.
Art as an Anchor Through the Year
Artinfusion’s Seasonal Programme follows the natural rhythm of the year, structured into three seasonal cycles with intentional breaks between them.
There is something deeply human about this approach. When we align with the seasons, with the energy of spring, the renewal of autumn, the slower pace of winter, we tend to feel more settled, more connected, and more at ease with ourselves.
This is not just philosophy: research into nature, wellbeing, and circadian rhythm consistently supports the value of moving with natural cycles rather than against them.
Structured breaks also allow participants and facilitators to rest, integrate, and return refreshed. The result is a programme that feels sustainable, considered, and genuinely restorative.

Autumn 2026: A Lighter Season
Before the full programme launches in January, we are running a small selection of sessions this autumn, a gentle way back in, and a chance to try Artinfusion for the first time.
Sessions will include online Art & Make evenings, a gallery visit at Tate Modern, and an evening Art & Connect session at Camden Collective.
Details are still coming together, and we will share full dates and booking links as soon as they are confirmed.

From January 2027: The Full Seasonal Programme
From January, each season will include three session types, running monthly:
- Art & Make (online) — a relaxed, art therapy-informed making session using simple materials you will find at home. No artistic experience needed.
- Art & Connect (in-person, Camden Collective) — a combined session bringing together mindful looking, making, mindfulness practices, and gentle reflection.
- Art & Wander (in-person gallery visit) — a guided exploration of a selected London exhibition, with slow looking, reflective conversation, and occasional mindfulness practice woven in.
Why It Works

Grounded in Evidence, Delivered with Warmth
Artinfusion’s methodology draws on recent neuroaesthetic and creative health research alongside established approaches from mindfulness, art therapy, reflective practice, and psychoeducation. The sessions are evidence-informed, but they never feel clinical or formulaic.
Each session is designed to move through a gentle arc: grounding and arriving, engaging with art, creative or reflective response, and integration. This structure supports the nervous system, encourages emotional processing, and builds lasting wellbeing habits over time, without any of the pressure or jargon associated with more formal therapeutic settings.
Trauma-Informed Practitioners
All sessions are facilitated with psychological safety in mind, inclusion, and sensitivity at the forefront. The team brings a trauma-aware approach to every session, meaning that participation is always optional, pacing is always respectful, and no one is asked to share more than they wish to.
This matters enormously for teams and individuals who have experienced difficult periods, carry significant responsibility, or simply need to know that a space is genuinely safe before they can relax into it.
Three Founders. Three Disciplines. One Coherent Practice.
Artinfusion is a team of three people who each bring deep expertise in their own field, lived experience, and have built something genuinely integrated from those foundations. Between them, Zelda, Buse, and Sabine bring:
- Zelda Elliott — HCPC-registered art therapist with extensive experience working therapeutically with adults and children in community settings
- Buse Yıldırım — mindfulness, compassion, and wellbeing facilitator with a background spanning fine arts, coaching, and human-centred design
- Sabine Casparie — art historian with a background in law and facilitation, focused on helping people connect with art in accessible and meaningful ways
This combination of clinical grounding, creative expertise, and facilitation skill is what makes the Artinfusion membership qualitatively different from generic wellbeing packages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience with art to join?
Absolutely not. The sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of whether you have ever picked up a paintbrush or visited a gallery. Artinfusion uses art as a tool for reflection and connection — not as a measure of skill.
Is this the same as art therapy?
No — and the distinction matters. Artinfusion’s membership sessions are creative wellbeing programmes informed by art therapy practice, mindfulness, recent neuroaesthetic and creative health research, and a trauma-sensitive approach. They are not clinical therapy and do not replace mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or require clinical support, please contact your GP or a mental health professional.
Can my whole team join?
Yes. Artinfusion works with teams from across the corporate and non-profit sectors. Group memberships are available, and bespoke team workshop packages can also be arranged separately. Please get in touch for package details and pricing.
Are sessions recorded?
No, sessions are not recorded. Confidentiality is central to how Artinfusion holds its spaces — what is shared in a session stays within the group. Knowing nothing is being captured helps people relax, engage honestly, and get the most from the experience.
What if I miss a session?
Each session is a standalone experience, so there is no pressure to attend every one. You are welcome to join whichever sessions suit you across the seasonal cycle — and if life gets in the way of one, you simply pick up with the next. The membership is designed to be flexible and human, not rigid.
Where are in-person sessions held?
In-person sessions take place at London galleries and at Camden Collective (5–7 Buck Street, NW1 8NJ). Venues for each session are confirmed in advance.
Artinfusion is a Community Interest Company (CIC) committed to making art and preventative mental health support accessible to all. Our membership supports both individual wellbeing and our wider social mission.

Teams in High-Pressure Environments
If your team shows up every day carrying a lot — for clients, for communities, for colleagues — this membership was built with you in mind. Artinfusion works with organisations across many sectors: finance, legal, education, healthcare, tech, the creative industries, and beyond. If sustained pressure is part of your team’s daily reality, you are in the right place.
Burnout does not arrive overnight. It accumulates, quietly, in the space between demands and recovery. The membership creates regular, low-barrier moments for teams to step back, reset, and reconnect — with each other and themselves — before that space disappears entirely.
Organisations that have worked with Artinfusion include London Business School, whose Executive Director described the sessions as “truly unique and highly impactful” and noted that their team were “still talking about it, and applying the learnings… on a daily basis.”
Individuals
You do not need to be part of a team to benefit. The individual membership gives you access to the same rich programme of sessions, within a small and welcoming group. Whether you are managing stress, navigating change, feeling disconnected, or simply wanting more art and reflection in your life, the Artinfusion membership offers a grounded, accessible space for that.
Non-Profit and Charity Teams
Artinfusion holds a particular commitment to the non-profit and community sector. These are teams who routinely absorb the emotional weight of the people they serve, and who are often the most poorly resourced when it comes to their own wellbeing.
The membership model is designed to be accessible and affordable for organisations operating on tight budgets. Artinfusion also offers funded and partnership-led programmes for community groups facing barriers, and the social enterprise model means that commercial income supports wider community impact.
If you manage or lead a non-profit team, joining the membership is not an indulgence. It is an investment in the sustainability, resilience, and humanity of the people doing the work.
