Backed by research.
Guided by lived experience.
Held with care.
Mindful Art Experiences:
We blend slow looking at contemporary art, simple mindfulness and sensory grounding, artmaking and gentle group reflection to support connection, presence and wellbeing.
Engaging with the Art of Our Time:
We use the rich resources of visual art to understand human experiences together.
From Session to Everyday Life:
We provide opportunities to embed long-lasting, habitual practices using art as a tool for ongoing self-care.
The need we address
Most of us are living with persistent pressure, overstimulation and disconnection — at work and in everyday life. We’re switching tasks, absorbing demands, and spending more time in our heads than in our bodies. Over time, this can show up as stress, emotional fatigue and a reduced sense of connection — even when everything looks “fine” on the surface.
We step in where preventative, non-clinical support is often limited, creating regular, facilitated spaces to pause, reflect and reconnect — and to build simple practices that help people meet everyday pressures with more steadiness, perspective and resilience.
How Our Approach Works

Art as Reflection

Art as Expression

Mind & Body Integration

Connection & Belonging
Together, these support people feel more grounded, more connected and better able to meet everyday pressures at work and in life.
A Brief History
Our Impact
Our sessions support small, meaningful shifts that build over time:
From feeling stuck → to fresh perspective and expression.
Slow looking, reflective dialogue and art-making open up new ways of seeing, feeling and responding.
From overload → to steadier attention and regulation.
Brief mindfulness and sensory grounding practices help settle the nervous system and reset under pressure.
From stress → to curiosity and play.
Gentle, playful prompts create space for experimentation and a lighter way of engaging with the day.
From disconnection → to shared connection.
Facilitated reflection and group rhythm strengthen empathy, belonging and connection.
What People Say About Us
Reflections from people who joined our programmes and workshops
“Artinfusion led a half-day workshop for LBS's Experiential Learning team, and it was a great success - the team are still talking about it, and applying the learnings and approaches on a daily basis.
The variety of approaches offered by the Artinfusion team meant that everyone could engage with what most interested them: a guided view of artworks for the thinking brain, art-making for the creative brain, and mindfulness exercises for wellbeing and processing of the day. The workshop was a great way to address digital mental health too. Many organisational wellbeing programmes offer digital detox approaches, but Artinfusion offers something truly unique and highly impactful.”
“Showed us the possibilities of combing various elements together, also the power of community in healing. Enjoyed the artwork that teacher shared a lot, provided me a new perspective to look at the world. I also love the art making part. It’s relaxing!”
“I really like the workshops. There was a good mix of facilitators and activities. Very helpful. I loved actually looking at artwork and commenting on what we saw and how it made us feel, and the art activities.”
“I really appreciated the workshops, I thought the content, sensitivity and presentation were just right. They gave many different perspectives of the topic.”
