Mindful Art Workshops For Team Wellbeing (London & Online)
Artinfusion delivers facilitated workplace wellbeing workshops that help teams slow down, regulate stress and reconnect, with themselves and each other, using the rich resources of visual art — before pressure builds into burnout, disengagement or emotional fatigue.
Designed for organisations navigating high workload, constant change and sustained demand, our sessions offer a non-clinical, evidence-informed approach that not only supports individual wellbeing but also enhances team connection and reflective leadership.
Workshops are delivered in person across London or online, and can be booked as:
- One-off 2–3 hour team workshops
- Bespoke workshops tailored to your team’s context and needs
Our workshops are supported by our seasonal and yearly membership programmes for your employees, to sustain the practices of our workshops long-term.
The workplace reality
According to Mental Health UK, The Burnout Report 2026, 91% of UK adults experienced high or extreme levels of pressure or stress in the past year, and one in five UK workers needed to take time off in the last year due to poor mental health caused by pressure or stress.
Yet one in ten people said they felt that mental health was not prioritised at all, and nearly three in ten workers say their employer raises awareness about mental health, but managers lack the time, training, or resources to provide meaningful support.
For employers, the message is clear: providing meaningful wellbeing support has moved from a “nice-to-have” to a business necessity. Burnout rarely happens overnight; it builds quietly.
Evidence & Impact
According to Deloitte, poor mental health is one of the leading causes of employee absence and costs UK employers over £50 billion a year.
For every £1 spent on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce, employers get (on average) about £4.70 back in increased productivity.
Artinfusion steps in early, before pressure builds into burnout, disengagement or emotional fatigue.
There is a large body of research showing how arts engagement can reduce stress, enhance overall wellbeing, and prevent ill health. The benefits appear to be in terms of both general wellbeing and occupational wellbeing in the workplace.
Emerging studies in neuroaesthetics and studies in mindfulness suggest that art and mindfulness can also enhance focus and attention, and change the way we see the world.
What makes Artinfusion different
Our workshops blend:
- mindful engagement with artworks
- simple mindfulness and sensory grounding practices
- exploratory art-making
- facilitated reflection that strengthens connection and perspective
This supports teams to build:
- steadier attention and perspective under pressure
- more body-based awareness (so stress is noticed earlier)
- emotional awareness without personal disclosure
- practical “pause” practices teams can use between tasks or meetings
